This page applies to every game published by Play Sparrow, including Final Blaster, Claim Jumpers, Ricochet Lab, and future titles. Our games do not require a password-based account. Depending on the game, we may store an anonymous installation identifier and gameplay analytics, leaderboard information (display name, scores, friends), and, for games with cloud save, an anonymous game account with a call sign and your saved progress. Deleting the app does not delete a game account or cloud save.
How to request deletion
- Email matt@sparrowia.com with the subject Delete My Game Data and the name of the game.
- Include the game name, your leaderboard display name, call sign, or player identifier if the game has one (usually shown in Settings), your platform, and your approximate last-played date so we can locate the correct record.
- We will verify the request, confirm by email, and complete deletion within 30 days.
Data that will be deleted
- Leaderboard profile, scores, and friend relationships associated with the identified player.
- Game account, call sign or display name, cloud save, and any chat or clan records associated with the identified player.
- Anonymous installation, launch, gameplay-progression, and retention records associated with the identified player.
- Support records associated with the request, except the minimum confirmation record needed to document completion.
Data that may be retained
- Purchase and refund records maintained independently by Google Play or Apple under their own legal and accounting obligations.
- Records Play Sparrow must retain for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. These are retained only as long as required.
- Encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before automatic deletion.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or government identification.
