This policy explains how Final Blaster handles information when you play the game, view ads, make purchases, use online leaderboards, or contact support.
1. Who We Are
Final Blaster is published by Sparrow Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"). Questions and privacy requests may be sent to matt@sparrowia.com.
2. Information We Process
- Game data stored on your device. Final Blaster stores settings, progress, inventory, and purchase-entitlement state locally so the game can function and remember your choices.
- Anonymous retention analytics. We generate a random installation identifier that is separate from platform advertising identifiers. We send that identifier with install and return timestamps, day index, app build, platform, last-seen information, and a coarse two-letter country code derived by our hosting provider. We do not store the IP address with these analytics. We use this information to measure whether players return and to improve the game.
- Advertising data. Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, and their advertising partners may process device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and advertising identifiers. On iOS, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is available only when you authorize tracking through Apple's prompt.
- Purchases. Apple or Google processes payments through its platform purchase system. The game may receive product, receipt, purchase-token, and transaction information needed to complete or restore a purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Leaderboard and friends. Our cross-platform leaderboard uses your random installation identifier, temporary or chosen display name, best score, rank, and friend connections to provide global and friends rankings. It does not require your real name, email address, Apple Game Center identity, or Google account identity.
- Support communications. If you contact us, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and troubleshooting details.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- operate, save, secure, and troubleshoot Final Blaster;
- provide rewarded, interstitial, and banner advertising;
- process and restore purchases and verify entitlements;
- provide cross-platform leaderboard, display-name, ranking, and friends features;
- measure installation retention and improve game balance and reliability;
- answer support and privacy requests; and
- comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.
4. Service Providers and Sharing
We use the following providers to operate the game:
- Apple for StoreKit and iOS platform services;
- Google for Google Play Billing and Android platform services;
- Unity, including Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads, for ad delivery, mediation, measurement, fraud prevention, and related advertising services;
- Vercel and Supabase to operate our leaderboard and receive and store our limited retention analytics.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies. Advertising providers may combine or share advertising data with their partners to deliver and measure ads, subject to your device choices and applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. See Your Choices below.
5. Your Choices
- Tracking permission: You can allow or deny tracking when iOS asks, and change that choice later in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking. Denying tracking prevents the game from accessing the IDFA but does not remove ads.
- Advertising privacy: Where required, you may make consent or sale/share choices through controls offered by our advertising providers or by contacting us.
- Local game data: You can remove locally stored game data by deleting the app or clearing its data. Device backups may retain a copy according to your Apple or Google backup settings.
- Privacy requests: You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing, by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to withdraw consent, opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing, or appeal a request decision.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may need information to verify and fulfill a request. Because our retention identifier is random and is not tied to an account or email address, we may be unable to identify a particular analytics record unless you provide enough device-specific information to locate it.
6. Retention and Deletion
- Local game data remains on your device until it is reset, overwritten, or the app is deleted.
- Anonymous retention analytics are kept for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or aggregated.
- Support communications are generally kept for up to 24 months after the request is resolved.
- Purchase and legal records may be kept as long as needed to provide entitlements, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet tax, accounting, or other legal requirements.
- Our service providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
To request deletion of information controlled by Sparrow Enterprises, email matt@sparrowia.com.
7. Children
Final Blaster is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
8. International Processing
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws from your country. Providers use safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the game, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be presented in the game.
